We want to ensure that you are happy with you class, workshop, art lessons or video subscription. If you have an issue or feel that you are not getting the benefit, please let us know. We want the opportunity to make it right.
Class or Lesson Refunds
Once a class or workshop is fully paid and class sessions have started, we do not offer refunds for no shows or missed sessions. If you know you will be unable to attend a scheduled online class, let us know and if we have a video we can make it available to you. If you are a private lesson student, a reschedule is possible as long as we are informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
There are no refunds for in-person class no shows.
Cancellations
If Detati Art cancels a class, all fees paid will be refunded. Students who cancel less than 3 days before class will offered a credit good for another class. Cancellations more than 3 days before class may be provided a full refund if the class is full or will run. If the cancellation would cause the class to be cancelled due to low enrollment, a refund will not be available.
Gift Certificate
Gift certificates have no cash value and can only be exchanged for classes or lessons.
