We recommend completing Watercolor Basics 1 & 2 before taking any other watercolor course. This will help you learn and practice the fundamentals techniques. If Watercolor Basics 1 & 2 are not currently offered, we can do private instruction.

Want to start taking better, more creative photos and not just snapshots? Open to all, this will be a 2 meeting workshop on learning to take more artistic and well-composed photos using your smartphone or a regular DSLR camera.

The workshop will meet on two Saturdays.

Day 1 – Online Zoom session learning about better composition, framing your shot, and how to use lighting more effectively for more artistic photos, not just snap shots. Students will then take photos throughout the week and submit to instructor. An “assignment” sheet and handout will be provided to give direction for photos to shoot and key learning concepts.

Day 2 – We will meet online and review the week’s assignment and discuss photos, talk about challenges and discovery moments. Students can ask questions and get feedback.
