DESCRIPTION:In this workshop, we will create 6-inch ”neurographic” collages. These fun, colorful collages incorporate neurographic art, are easy to make and a great way to use up with your small collage paper scraps. The workshop will walk through a step-by-step process from start to finish.\nNeurographic art is a mindful, therapeutic drawing method created to help transform stress and negative emotions into peace.\nWe will also talk about ways to seal and finish them for displaying or hanging.\nThis is a fun way to explore mixed media and is open to any skill level.\nMost materials will be provided. You will need to bring:\n– An apron or old shirt\n– Any collage papers or scraps you want to use up (colorful is better)\n– 4 oz Matte or Satin Medium\n– Scissors\n– 2” Silicon Paint Tool (if you have one) OR old 1 flat brush to use with medium\n
